What we need from you

Client Content Requirements

To keep your content real and authentic, you provide the photos and videos. We handle the editing, design, captions and posting.

  1. Send real photos and videos of your work, products and space every month.
  2. Materials are due by the 20th of each month for the next month’s calendar.
  3. You confirm you own all materials and have permission from any customers or staff shown.
  4. If materials are late or missing, we use branded graphics instead. Missed posts do not roll over.
  5. Please approve your calendar within 3 business days. Unapproved posts move to the next slot.
