Not every client comes to us with a venue already booked. If you have a date and a rough guest count but nowhere to hold the event, we take that part on for you. We look for spaces that suit the size of your event, the way you want the day to run and the budget you have set, and we put forward only rooms we would be glad to work in ourselves.
A space is easy to judge on how it looks and hard to judge on how it works. We read each one the way we will need it on the day: where the power is, how vendors get in and out, what the venue allows and what it does not, and whether the room still holds up at the hour your event actually runs. Those are the details that decide what a venue really costs, and they are the ones most often missed on a first walkthrough.
Once the space is booked, the team that found it is the team that dresses it. Our design and decor work starts from the room itself, so the theme, the layout and the installation are planned around the space you have chosen rather than adapted to it afterwards.
